Lemon love! Homemade lemon curd, pie crust, a flower cookie cutter and Spring sprinkles make a super cute & fun idea : )
I have lemons 🍋 dancing in my head 😄 ~ wanted to make something a little different. Are you a lemon-lover? This recipe is simple with a pre-made pie crust. Prior to making these scrumptious cuties, I made sweet and tangy lemon curd. 😋
Unfortunately, a few were not picture perfect after baking. Carefully remove them from the mini muffin pan —- I admit, one broke 😩
