Knead it! Eat it! Love it! Delicious homemade bagels with a perfectly chewy bite. This is my first time making bagels (last summer, 2021). They kick the store brands butts. I wished I had made them sooner!
Please don't feel intimated making these. If you have a lazy weekend or would really like to try homemade bagels, just do it : ) I recommend reading the entire recipe, have your ingredients ready and a clean surface. You should've seen me trying to get the perfect hole, Lol. Every bagel did not look the same. I went a little sprinkle crazy with everything seasoning. My personal favorite! Add asiago cheese, sesame seeds, everything seasoning or enjoy it plain. Q: What do you call a bagel that can fly? A: a plain bagel ----just a little morning humor. Have a great weekend!
