No mixer needed! Frozen wild blueberries & lemon zest are folded into sugar, melted butter & flour. I adore the marbled purple, it's so pretty.
The lemon & blueberry combo is lovely, slightly sweet & tart. The moment Stephanie posted her recipe, it was a must try. An amazing flavor combination in cookie form, I'm in!! My search for wild blueberries was on --- 3 local stores later, I found them. Thank goodness : ) I made the cookies slightly big. They're chewy, packed with blueberries and lemon love.
