They’re sooo delicious and always a treat! I have sweet memories baking the classic CCC with my Mom, Grandmom & my son ♡ 20 + years later, brown butter takes baking to another level of yum 😋 This recipe incorporates brown butter — melt the butter in a saucepan, stirring frequently and once it’s gets bubbly the color will change to a light golden brown {similar to amber}. Pour the brown butter in a heat resistant bowl and place in your refrigerator overnight. The day of baking, please allow the butter to sit at room for at least one hour.
